Chief Medical Officer

Dr. April is the founder of Wellness Metrix, the parent company of APSRI. With over three decades of experience, he has pioneered a platform technology that utilizes wireless sensors to monitor patient function. His extensive expertise in sports medicine and pain management enriches his work at APSRI, where he remains dedicated to advancing innovative methods for improving patient functionality and optimizing athletic performance.

Jeffery Hiserman, PT

Chief Operating Officer

With nearly 40 years of experience as an independent physical therapy practice owner, Jeff leads the clinical testing and research at APSRI. His practice serves as an ideal setting for beta testing and clinical studies. He oversees clinical product testing within a HIPAA-compliant framework, providing valuable insights into product reviews, usability, treatment effectiveness, clinical implications, and insurance coverage. He is an editor for EC Orthopaedics and the host of a podcast show on wearable devices. Additionally, Jeff has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and his extensive experience and numerous presentations at national and international conferences offer a significant marketing advantage, showcasing his expertise in the field.

Jeffery Winkler

Chief Technology Officer

Jeffrey Winkler leverages over two decades of experience in advanced application development and IT innovation. With a specialty in HCL Notes and Domino technologies, Jeffrey has a proven track record of designing and implementing sophisticated web-based applications for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. He has spearheaded the development of state-of-the-art SaaS platform technology, designed to collect and analyze patient sensor data to monitor recovery progress and built robust backend systems and user-friendly web dashboards that empower patients and healthcare providers with real-time insights into health metrics. At APSRI, Jeffrey is driving technological innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions that improve patient care and health data management.

Juan Delgado, M.D.

With over 20 years of experience in the medical and research field, Dr. Juan obtained his Medical Doctor degree from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico and currently holds several Degrees and certifications in the Medical, Research, Development and Applied Technology fields earned in the US. Dr. Juan Delgado brings his extensive clinical expertise and research background in Biomechanics, Sports Science and Sport's injury prevention and Performance technologies as well as Neurocognitive Training, Behavioral Analysis and Applied Neurocognitive and Sensory-motor Skills Research and Applied Technology to Arrowhead Private Scientific Research Institute to serve as Arrowhead Private Scientific Research Institute's CEO.
